INVENTORY: I am always interested in purchasing and consigning premium projectile points from the High Plains. I understand that it can be very difficult for collectors to part with their finds, but, if requested, accurate resin casts can be made and provided to sellers for less than $200. I am interested in recording and or purchasing pre-1880 historic metal and glass projectile points with good provenance from anywhere in the United States and Canada. Also, lance points knives and dags, especially those with makers marks: Jukes Coulson, Jukes Coulson, Stokes, P C & Co, I & H Sorby, IS, + F, +L, sitting fox, - I Wilson, J Russell & Co - and anything that is stamped Sheffield (without England). I am currently working on a project to document metal (ferrous and non-ferrous - blacksmith and native made arrow and lance points from all over North America. if you have well documented metal points that you would like to share or sell, please contact me. NOTE: Because of current interpretations of federal laws regarding collecting, I am only purchasing artifacts found on private land. ATADA (Antique Tribal Arts Dealers Association): I encourage all collectors and dealers to visit the ATADA website (http://www.atada.org/) and consider becoming a member. ATADA is actively working to provide us with up-to-date information regarding the conflicting laws regarding collecting. Their fees are reasonable, and joining will help to establish a degree of solidarity among all responsible collectors and dealers. For those of you who are interested in tomahawks I suggest you check out Mark Miller's website http://furtradetomahawks.tripod.com/. It contains a wealth of information about all types of tomahawks and fur trade axes. Thank you for looking.
